Meet Miriam Alex

Whatever your story, I’m here to help you capture its essence and share it.

ABOUT ME

Hi! I’m Miriam Alex, a Carolina based photographer and creative specializing in portrait photography and graphic design.

My love of photography and design began long ago, as a little kid with a propensity for designing fake menus for playtime and making my friends pose for “styled photoshoots” shot with an old Canon point-and-shoot. With time, the camera changed, the design software got more expensive, and the work became more purposeful, but my passion for photography and design remained the same.

As I forayed into professional photography, I found a love in documenting people–freezing them in that one moment in time, capturing their essence, and sharing that memory with them to treasure forever. In my portraiture, I focus on portraying people in their most natural and most beautiful light.

I’ve now had the privilege of photographing so many people across the Carolinas, and I look forward to each new client, and new friend, that I have the honor of taking photos (and capturing memories) for. Whatever your creative vision is, and whatever your reason for needing photos may be, I am ready and willing to help you bring that vision to life.

If you’re ready to take the next step towards the photos or designs of your dreams, reach out and connect with me! I can’t wait to hear from you.

ABOUT THE ARTIST PHOTOS

While I am a photographer, I am also a creative–a designer, an artist, and a musician. Because of my intrinsic nature as a creative, I decided to use my love of photography to further my connections with the creative world. So, I offer my artist photos service to other creatives (and entrepreneurs) to create unique photo sets for them to use as artists.

The shoot is tailored to your specific needs. This could be photos for your social media, good headshots and portraits to use as press photos, photos for your website, or images of your work and process. Whatever your needs are, this service is designed to be hyper-specific to you, your personality, and your work.
